Alpine

Terms of Service

Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Alpine apps and the Alpine MCP server at alpineai.dev (together, "Alpine"). By using Alpine you agree to them.

Using Alpine

AI agents

If you connect an AI agent to Alpine, the agent acts on your instructions with the permissions you grant: it can read, organize, draft and send email in your account. You are responsible for the agents you connect and for actions they take on your behalf, including messages they send. Review an agent's requests, prefer drafts when in doubt, and disconnect agents you no longer use.

Your content

Your email remains yours. Alpine accesses it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep Alpine reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, messages or profits, arising from your use of Alpine or of agents connected to it.

Ending use

You can stop using Alpine at any time by signing out, deleting the apps, disconnecting agents, and revoking Alpine's access in your Google Account. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and give notice in the app or on this site; continuing to use Alpine means you accept the new terms.
